RITENDRA ROY: Born 1972,
armed with first class master's degree from Visva Bharati, Shantiniketan, Ritendra has displayed his works in various national exhibitions and curated shows conducted by private art galleries and organisations. He also had solo shows in Kolkata and New Delhi. He has participated in various workshops and camps organised for social welfare purposes. He has been awarded with Abanindranath Tagore Memorial Medal in painting from Indian Society of Oriental Arts in 1996 and Nirod Baran Memorial Prize from R.B.U. in 1999. He is currently working as a Research Fellow in the Department of Painting at R.B.U., Kolkata.
